The Civil Litigation Department primarily deals with personal injury claims, property repossessions, evictions and anti social behaviour orders. Please contact us by telephone or email and we will be pleased to discuss any of these matters with you.

• Personal Injury Claims - If you have been injured at work, in a vehicle, or in any public place then you may have a claim against the party causing the accident. We can deal with this on your behalf to make a claim for compensation.



• Eviction and Repossession - if you wish advice or assistance relating to a tenant in your property who is unsatisfactory or a dispute arises. Or, if you have received court papers in relation to repossession of your home or papers in relation to eviction by a landlord we can provide assistance and representation in court if required



• Anti Social Behaviour Orders - If you or a family member is facing an anti social behaviour order we can offer advice and assistance.
