The Civil Litigation Department primarily deals with personal injury claims, contract disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy and contractual disputes. Please contact us by telephone or email and we will be pleased to discuss any of these matters with you.

• Personal Injury Claims - If you have been injured at work, in a vehicle, or in any public place then you may have a claim against the party causing the accident. We can deal with this on your behalf to make a claim for compensation.


• Contract Disputes - we can offer advice and assistance for any contractual dispute you may have, whether it be a contract in relation to a personal or business matter. For example, a contract you have entered into to build an extension to your home, or with a travel company regarding your holiday.
  


• Bankruptcy - we can offer advice in relation to bankruptcy whether you wish to undertake this course of action yourself or whether a third party is seeking to make you bankrupt.
  


• Eviction and Repossession - if you wish advice or assistance relating to a tenant in your property who is unsatisfactory or a dispute arises. Or, if you have received court papers in relation to repossession of your home or papers in relation to eviction by a landlord we can provide assistance and representation in court if required
  


• Debt Recovery - If you are seeking to recover a debt from another person or business we can offer advice and raise any necessary court proceedings.
